| Starting in March 2005, we will be meeting with the Research departments of all MediaOcean and Reppak clients to collaborate with them on the requirements for a new research maintenance application. The new application will be developed using the browser-based MediaOcean platform. It will replace the existing Research Maintenance Program.
Our Client Service and Product teams will meet with clients individually to gain a complete understanding of their research workflows. They will also document clients’ requirements and suggestions for creating an efficient, easy-to-use, state-of-the-art research application. “We are excited about writing a new application to replace the Research Maintenance Program. We especially look forward to working with our clients and implementing their suggestions and requests. It is part of our ongoing product development initiative to include clients in the system development process,” says Larry Shiels, account director at DDS MediaOcean.
We plan to deliver the new browser-based research application in 2006.
