| KOBI, a California Oregon Broadcasting Inc. station based in Medford, Oregon, has a long list of firsts. It was the first station in its market to offer local color programming, to operate in stereo, and to use electronic news-gathering technology.
Now KOBI is the first station in the Medford market to process direct agency business electronically through MediaOcean. KOBI is using MediaOcean sales system to process electronic orders from agencies in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
By processing orders electronically, KOBI is eliminating manual re-keying of data and is streamlining the way it transacts its business.
