| Now 264 Univision, Eagle, Millennium, Continental, Petry and Blair stations are using StationXpress to transact business electronically with their national reps. Within six months, more than 500 stations are expected to be using StationXpress.
Stations use the Web-based StationXpress application to electronically review and confirm orders received from the rep. StationXpress saves time and increases station efficiency by eliminating the paper-based, manually intensive order management and approval process.
StationXpress organizes all orders in one central inbox. “This is a huge timesaver for clients. Orders are organized and accessible at a glance,” explains Brian Bundock, account supervisor at DDS MediaOcean.
“Stations also love the pdf snapshot feature of StationXpress,” says Bundock. “They used to print every version of an order. StationXpress stores a pdf of every transaction, so they have online access to each version. It gives them a fail-safe, complete audit trail. Stations will ultimately save the costs, time and the hassle of printing and filing.” |  |
