MediaOcean systems and communications are directly supported via the Client Application Services, account managers and training courses.

Client Application Services
The application and technical experts on our Client Application Services (CAS) team support all your MediaOcean system issues. Our CAS analysts are subject-matter experts on DDS MediaOcean systems. They undergo rigorous training and certification, and receive continuing certification on new features and versions.

Account Teams
Every MediaOcean client is represented by a MediaOcean account team. The business analysts on your account team engage with you to optimize your workflow to meet your business needs.

Training
MediaOcean conducts systems training onsite at client offices and online
via WebEx.

Management
MediaOcean senior staff and managers have extensive experience in the broadcasting systems industry. Senior managers support clients directly and by oversight of product and account teams.
