Tell us about your journey. Why advertising and technology?

I’ve always had an interest in advertising, but working in finance after graduating college was the “sensible thing to do.”  Right out of school, I worked for a very large financial software and data company.  During that time, I worked as an analyst, a product training rep, and a sales rep.  I loved all three roles, but I was not crazy about the financial services industry.  A recruiter introduced me to DDS, which fit perfectly with my interests and background!  I have been in Account Management throughout my journey with DDS and now Mediaocean.  It’s been extremely fun and challenging, and I look forward to what the future holds!

In what ways has working at Mediaocean challenged you and enabled you to grow?

Working here has made me a much more efficient and organized person in both my professional and personal lives.  The need to juggle many projects, prioritize accordingly, and quickly absorb new information and skills has really helped me to grow.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years and what role does Mediaocean play in helping you get there?

Working on the cutting edge of the digital media industry.  I am so excited to see where we go from here and what new technologies and communities will be around 10 years from now. I know that working so closely with my coworkers and clients on Prisma, and contributing to the evolution of the platform over the years will serve me very well in my future endeavors.

What’s your favorite employee perk at Mediaocean?

The new iced coffee keg!  Also, the amazing holiday and summer parties.

Cats or dogs?

Dogs.  However, I will say that there are few things in the world cuter than a kitten.

International news sites such as BBC, The Guardian, and CNN.

What’s your favorite TV show?

“The Big Bang Theory.”

If your life were made into a movie, who would play you and why?

I guess a young Vince Vaughn.  I feel like we would have a similar sense of humor…Plus, he’s TALL enough!
