2007 Scheduled System Maintenance
MediaOcean will be conducting routine maintenance on Sunday, April, 2008 and Sunday, September 21, 2008. As a result all systems will not be available on these days.
Please note that additional system maintenance may need to be done throughout the year. If additional dates are added, MediaOcean will inform clients in as timely a manner as possible.
Access Weekend System Status Messages
MediaOcean offers a quick way to check the status of MediaOcean systems and programs on Saturdays and Sundays. On weekends, U.S. and Canadian clients can call the Client Application Services main number, 646-638-0400, and select option "6" to access a message indicating the current system status.
MediaOcean added this new way to access system status on weekends to help reduce the number of phone calls to clients' IT departments. Now, if a user has problems connecting to MediaOcean on the weekend, he or she can use MediaOcean' CSC phone number to find out independently whether a MediaOcean system is up.
If the MediaOcean system status message indicates that the system is running normally, the user and their IT personnel can identify that the problem is a connection issue that needs to be dealt with internally by their IT department. |  |
