Mediaocean Acquires BCC AdSystems, Expanding Services into Asia and Australia

Today we announced that Mediaocean is acquiring a majority stake in BCC AdSystems, a privately owned Australian company that develops, supplies, and supports software and business solutions for the advertising industry. 

Established in 1978, BCC AdSystems is the largest advertising software development company in the Asia Pacific region, providing a comprehensive integrated business solution for media, advertising, and related industries.  With 100 employees and over 400 customers in 13 countries, this strategic partnership effectively expands Mediaocean’s ability to serve our clients globally. 

 By working with BCC, we will enable global media buying, providing a more connected system that supports agencies building complex campaigns across global business units. We know that global coordination is critical for your jobs. With media buys generally occurring at a local level, agencies face challenges when tracking results. This acquisition addresses these pain points, and will give you the ability to run financials and report on ROI in countries such as Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
