As EVP, Lumina & Customer Experience, Stephanie Dorman focuses on providing a superior level of service to Mediaocean clients across all products and services. She is responsible for building an integrated services and training organization after the merger of Donovan Data Systems and MediaBank, including implementing new tools, resources and workflows to facilitate change and achieve high standards. Her department of specialists consistently earns a 97% or better customer satisfaction rating.
Prior to Mediaocean, Stephanie was at Right Media, a Yahoo! Company, for three years, where she led client services, business management, and business operations. Stephanie was with Bloomberg LP for thirteen years, where she headed up a number of groups, including contract administration, escalated technical support, global software quality assurance and equity order management platform implementation. Stephanie earned MA degrees in Education and Corporate Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in English and History from the University of Alabama.
