A global CPG advertiser was seeking to improve operational workflows to mitigate the frustrations of a tedious and time-consuming ad trafficking process. Traditionally for video, external workflows entail manual ad tag wrapping by MOAT. Additionally, display requires agency partners to manually deploy pixels at the placement-level within the ad server.

Solution

 

By automating MOAT verification implementation across display and video via Flashtalking by Mediaocean’s Campaign Manager API, the advertiser saw massive improvements in their workflow efficiency. Verification migration timelines were reduced from five weeks to two hours, with the need for external ad tag amends and manual pixel deployment eliminated. In turn, the risk of human error was removed while timelines shrunk dramatically.
