    Reflecting on key milestones in philanthropy, workplace experience, mentorship, education, and sustainability.

As the year comes to a close, we find ourselves in a reflective and thankful spirit. We wanted to share some of our proudest accomplishments in 2023, outside of our product innovations and client successes.

 

Philanthropy

Through our donation matching program, we gave $20,000 to support 46 organizations across the globe in 2023. Our commitment extends beyond borders, reaching communities in five different countries aiming to make a positive impact on various causes that resonate with our shared values.

Mediaocean received several notable recognitions this year for our positive workplace environment including 2023 Best in Business award from Inc, Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces 2023, The 2023 Top Workplaces USA Award, and Ad Age Best Places to Work 2023.

Mentorship

Our Mentorship Program offers a safe space for employees to connect with trusted guides, promoting personal and professional development. In 2023, we had 140 participants, forming 81 mentorship connections. We received fantastic feedback about our mentors, along with impactful stories of mentorship's positive influence on mentees.

Education 

Mediaocean Education aims to get learners fully engaged with our platforms. We’re proud to partner with Strigo to help provide a unified platform for remote, instructor-led software training, and Credly by Pearson to power our credential badging. We achieved remarkable training metrics this year, including 322,800 total training minutes and 3,717 digital credentials issued.

Sustainability 

We are dedicated to consistently improving our Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) efforts through our various sustainability initiatives to advance progress on combatting the climate crisis and to create a more sustainable future for all. In 2023, Mediaocean joined Ad Net Zero, an industry-wide initiative, to signal support of our client and stakeholder goals to decarbonize the media ecosystem.
